All meetings are digitally recorded.
Recordings are reduced to typewritten Minutes. This is done for both study sessions and official meetings.
The Minutes of official meetings do not become validated until they are acted upon at the ensuing official meeting.
If you wish to speak about any agenda item before the Town Council, Board or Commission takes its action, you will be called on by the Chair by a raise of hand.
Study sessions are the best time to voice your opinions or concerns.
At the end of each meeting, the Chair will ask for resident input on any topic of concern. Once acknowledged, begin by stating your name and address. Speak your mind. Note that there are times that the Chair will limit speaking time.
