Debbie Astor was sworn in as Clerk-Treasurer on January 1, 2020. She is currently serving her 2nd term as Clerk-Treasurer. Debbie has previously served 3 terms as a member of the Town Council from 2003 to 2006 as well as from 2011 to 2018. In addition, Debbie served 30 years on various Boards and Commissions within the Town of Dyer.
