Forms and payments received after March 31st are $100.00.
You may come into the Clerk's office to register or renew your Business License.
If you are renewing your License, you may download and print out the Business License document below, fill it out completely and send it to Clerk Treasurer's Office, One Town Square, Dyer, IN 46311, with payment made out to the Town of Dyer.
If you are a new business in the Town of Dyer, you must print the Certificate of Zoning Compliance document below, fill out the Commercial/Business section and include a check made out to the Town of Dyer in the amount of $25.00. Once approved, you may download and print out the Business License document below, fill it out completely and send it to the Clerk Treasurer's Office, One Town Square, IN 46311, with the payment made out to the Town of Dyer. Please note that a water contract may need to be completed as well.
