The Town of Dyer collects and treats all wastewater at our treatment facility at the treatment plant located at the Public Works complex on Edmond Drive. The facility is designed for 2.6 Million Gallons Per Day (MGD) average flow with a design peak flow of 7.5 MGD. The collection system for the Town consists of the following:
- 75 miles of collection lines
- 1,831 manholes
- 10 lift (pumping) stations
All of these facilities are operated and maintained by the Department of Public Works.
