Forms and payment are due May 31st fees are as follows:

Town ordinance provides that if you do not license your dog or cat by May 31st you will be charged a $10.00 late fee for each pet. Failure to license your dog or cat will result in fines of $25.00 to $2500.00 (Ordinance 2008-2)
You may come into the Clerk's office with your rabies vaccination certification and proof of spaying or neutering to register or re-new license for your pet, you may also send a copy of these certifications to The Clerk Treasurer's Office, One Town Square, Dyer, IN 46311, with payment made out to the Town of Dyer.
