| | | | | | | | | | | Responsibilities The Clerk-Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the town. In this role, Mrs. Hawrot is responsible for the overall collection and disbursement of funds, the administration of the accounting system, the signing of checks or warrants, clerk of the Town Council, custodian of municipal and utility records, and issuer of licenses. Additionally, she has broad powers to hire and supervise employees and oversee the operation of the municipal budget. |
