Town of Dyer Comprehensive Plan
The Town of Dyer has developed of a new Comprehensive Plan. The purpose was to create one cohesive plan that would guide future development and infrastructure investments and consolidate the following past plans:
- 2012 Comprehensive Plan
- 2009 Sheffield Avenue Corridor Plan
- 2013 Calumet Avenue Corridor Plan
- 2013 US 30 Corridor Plan
The Town conducted regular monthly Steering Committee meetings, working meetings with staff, web outreach, and two public forums that allowed the community of Dyer has been actively involved in shaping the plan.
