Programs

Dyer Parks & Recreation offers programs for people of all ages. We mail out three seasonal brochures each year to all residencies in Dyer, Indiana with a zip code of 46311. A Fall, Winter/Spring and Summer "Leisuregram" (our seasonal brochure) will be mailed during their respective seasons to all mailing address within the 46311 zip code (however this does not guarantee that you are a resident of the Town of Dyer. Residents of the Town of Dyer pay taxes to support the Town of Dyer operations. Check your tax bill if you're unsure as to whether you are a resident or not. Each brochure details information on upcoming programs and special events through Dyer Parks & Recreation as well as other recreational opportunities that might be of interest to Dyer residents.

We continue to strive to find new programs, instructors, facilities, sponsorships and partnerships to facilitate activities for the Town of Dyer community. Non-residents wishing to receive our mailings can download it from our website, pick up a copy at the Dyer Town Hall or the Dyer-Schererville Library or, for a fee, can sign up to receive the brochure mailed to your address.

If you find a program that interests you, sign up early as many classes and programs fill up fast. If you don't see a program you'd like to take, let us know so we can try and arrange a future class in that subject area.
