Veterans Park Pathway Project phase 1

Full Description
The Dyer Parks & Recreation Board has further plans for a phase 2 and 3 to complete connecting segments of the pathway to existing sidewalks on the west end of the park as well as looping the detention area for an accessible pathway. At this time, there is no financial timetable for completing phases 2 and 3 of this project.

Summary
Veterans Park (the park property in the Meadows of Dyer subdivision) received a connecting pathway in the spring of 2005. The pathway is of asphalt and connects the east end of the park to the playground at the west end of the park with an accessible, paved pathway.
