The parking lot will drain to a bio-swale which is in keeping with the goal for the Town of Dyer to be green in park development while also meeting suggestions through MS4 regulations. Doing this helps rain water to get cleansed naturally through plants and vegetation before entering into the larger waterways.
Summary
The Dyer Park Board is in the planning stages to begin the initial development of the 77 acre Central Park property. The initial phase of development is slated to include a paved parking area, a Babe Ruth size baseball field and two multi-purpose practice fields. Projected Cost
