The Central Park concept plan has been revised a number of times. This is the version that is planned to be bid out for construction which could potentially begin in early 2009. Cost estimates are about $2.8 million for Phase 1 development. This will be paid for out of the Park Board Bond Issue of 2006. Projected Cost
